Happy Dussehra 2024
DPS Rishikesh celebrated Dussehra with fervor and enthusiasm. The highlight of the event was a captivating act by Class Prep, who elegantly portrayed the epic battle of Ravana Vadha. Students till Grade 2 dressed up in vibrant ethnic and Ramayana-inspired costumes, adding to the festive spirit. The ceremonial burning of Ravana's effigy symbolized the triumph of good over evil. Our students were enlightened about the moral significance of Dussehra, emphasizing the importance of values, courage, and righteousness. The celebration concluded with a resonating message: "Truth always prevails, and evil is vanquished."
